Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento
Ashton Blaise Whitty born October 1st of 1995 in Berkeley California USA. Her work includes actor in Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2007) and Chrissie mayr's Content House 2022.
Asia Argento began her career as an actress in Rome. She is part of a family that also includes a number of filmmakers. The Church was directed by Michele Soavi. She played Nanni's daughter the following year in Red Wood Pigeon. It was her acting career that truly began to take off after Close Friends, written and directed by Michele Placido. Cannes International Film Festival received the film with great awe. Daria Ninodi is the director's loved actress, and she performed the role of a girl searching for her parents killer in Trauma. Asia worked alongside Dario Argento in three of his films, Trauma, The Stendhal Syndrome and The Phantom of the Opera. In the film Condannato a nozze, Asia's absorption style of intense acting was well utilized. The year 1993 was the first time she was a co-star in Carlo Verdones Perdiamoci di vista, in which she was Arianna who was a physical challenged woman. It was a complex role and challenging, earning recognition from David di Donatello for the best actress. In 1995 she worked together alongside Michel Piccoli to produce Peter Del Monte Compagna di viaggio and won the David di Donatello. Asia began directing short films in 1994. She also was the director of an episode in the film De Generazione. 1996 saw her directing a documentary alongside the father of her. 1998 she directed AbelAsia on the famous filmmaker Abel Ferrara. This film received a prize from the Rome Film Festival. Asia started directing her first feature film in 1999, Scarlet Diva. In this film she also played the main character and wrote the script. The film premiered on May 20, 2000 across Italy as well as several other nations. The Williamsburg Festival of Film held in Brooklyn, New York awarded the film with a award.
